Refund & Cancellation Policy (KOSHA)

Paid pilots and subscriptions

- **Paid pilots (10–30/60 days):** If we fail to deliver the agreed outcomes in your Order Form, you may request a refund per that agreement.

- **Subscriptions:** Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. You can cancel in-app or by emailing **billing@usekosha.com** before the renewal date.

Money‑back promise (if included in your Order Form)

Where your Order Form includes a “DSO −20% in 60 days or money back” clause, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after verification of baseline and results.

Exceptions

Fees paid to third parties (e.g., payment processors, messaging providers) are not refundable by us. Fraud, abuse, or policy violations void refund eligibility.

How to request

Email **billing@usekosha.com** with your company name, domain, and Order Form ID. We may request additional information to complete the review.
